You will start the day with a 1,5 hour Hatha - Vinyasa style yoga on the beach. The classes are filled with love, power, empathy, tolerance, humour, feminine and masculine energy, balance and tranquillity.
You might be stiff, weak, inflexible or had an injury - we always try to adjust the yoga classes to everyone’s needs. You will be supported to find the correct alignment and to feel the biggest benefits of the postures. With this personal touch, we make sure that you are in a safe environment even if it’s your first time trying yoga.
Our goal is to guide you towards a more conscious and healthier lifestyle with the help of asanas, breathing techniques and meditation. We believe that food intake is extremely important too, so after the yoga class, you can enjoy a delicious, healthy and nutritious breakfast with a choice of fresh orange juice or coffee or tea.
