Mina

Mina, located seven kilometers east of Masjid al-Haram, is where Hajj pilgrims spend the night on the 8th, 11th, and 12th (and some even on the 13th) of Dhul Hijjah. It is home to the Jamaraat (the three pillars), where pilgrims perform the symbolic stoning ritual as part of the Hajj rites.
Muzdalifa (Pass by)
Muzdalifah is an open area between Mina and Arafat, where pilgrims spend the night on the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah. Here, they collect pebbles and perform the combined Maghrib and Isha prayers. Staying in Muzdalifah is a time for repentance, prayer, and seeking forgiveness from Allah. This location is an important part of the Hajj rituals, including standing at Arafat, which is one of the holiest days in Islam.

Mount Thawr (جبل ثور) is an important historical site located near Makkah, Saudi Arabia. It is best known for being the place where the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companion, Abu Bakr (RA), took refuge during their migration (Hijrah) from Makkah to Madinah. The Prophet and his companion hid in the cave of Mount Thawr for three days to avoid the pursuit of the Quraysh, who were attempting to stop their migration. The cave, known as Cave of Thawr (غار ثور), is a significant symbol of courage, faith, and trust in Allah's protection during times of hardship. The site attracts many pilgrims and visitors, who reflect on the hardships faced during the early days of Islam and the protection granted by Allah.

Mount Hira (Jabal Hira), which lies about two miles from the Ka’bah. Near the top is a small cave, a little less than 4 meters in length and a little more than one and a half meters in width. It was here that the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) received the first revelations of the Holy Quran during the month of Ramadhan in 610 CE.
