In our 2-hour SUP beginners' course on the Losheimer reservoir you will learn the most important basic techniques and safety basics of stand up paddling. In addition to some knowledge of materials, we will show you the easiest way to get on the board and keep your balance. You will then learn how to progress and turn most effectively with the right posture and paddling technique. Even without completing the beginner's course, you can already take part in the first, simple tours or register for the SUP Yoga course.
