We will go to our kitchen where you will prepare the most popular Peruvian dishes: “Lomo Saltado” and “Causa”. You will also try the “Chicha Morada”, a traditional and refreshing drink.

What is prepared?
Causa (Starter): Mashed yellow potatoes, seasoned with lemon juice and sweet chilli pepper, filled with quinoa, vegetables and avocado.
Lomo Saltado (Main Course): Stir-fried beef, onion, tomatoes, and chili peppers, traditionally served over french fries and accompanied by rice.
Chicha Morada (Drink): Prepared with purple corn, pineapple, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves, our national drink.
