In my Sicilian experience you learn to cook three typical local and family recipes with a person born and lived in Syracuse.For our menu we will use only local ,fresh and seasonal food.The menu always changes .You can advise Teresa on your food preferences.

◾️Traditional Sicilian cooking lesson in Italian or English with Teresa Zimmitti in my villa with the garden, 10 minutes by car from Syracuse and Ortigia(available trasport).Follow on Intagr: Teresa cooking lesson in the garden. I will teach you family recipes and the ingredients will always be fresh, bought from local producers.The recipes are always traditional and seasonal. Your lesson wil be very instructive ,fun and active.You will reach new goals in the kitchen and you will eat what you cooked. This lesson is ideal for lovers of healthy eating.If you are a vegetarian we will cook Sicilian vegetarian recipes. ◾️If you want a complete culinary experience, the Ortigia market tour is available€50 extra a person .The tour includes: the description of the products on the market stalls, the food shopping for the cooking lesson, the explanation of smart recipes, small tastings of local products, the family cookbook as a gift. You will pay on the spot.The tour starts at 8.45 and ends at 9.45 and it takes place before the cooking class. ◼️The experience is for a minimum of two people.
