In the idyllic harbour of the enchanting town of Nafplio, you will meet your laughter Yogi Ali.
After a short introduction, you will start gently and with a smile at the foot of the magnificent Palamidi Castle with the first exercises.
Together you will take a leisurely walk to a bathing area near the old town that the locals love.
The path is partly paved, lined with beautiful plants and you have views of the impressive sea bay throughout.
On the way there are stops with exercises.
After the approx. 30 minute laughter yoga hike you have the opportunity to swim in the sea (approx. 20 min)
Meditatively silent and in connection with the power of nature, your Yogi Ali will accompany you back to the port.

The whole tour will take one hour.
I offer courses in German and English.
laughteryoga session works for individuals till 10 participants or for groups.
the best time for the session is between 8-10 am. For Groups arriving later to Nafplio i am flexible to arrange the tour according to their schedule. I am happy to adjust the tour concerning your needs,
