Set amongst meticulously restored historical buildings, lies our working whisky village and the iconic home of Australia’s No. 1 luxury whisky. This 40-acre property has buildings that date back to 1822, a free interpretive installation in the historic stables that explores the history of the site as well as the story of LARK and the Tasmanian distilling industry, a working distillery and cooperage as well as a cellar door and tasting room.
