- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 15 or older to board. Proof of age may be required by Ngong Ping 360 staff.
- A child fare applies to those aged 3-11 years.
- Infants aged 0-2 years can enter free of charge.
- Ngong Ping 360 cable car service is tentatively scheduled for maintenance from March 4 to 24, 2025. During this period, Ngong Ping Village will remain open. Maintenance dates may change based on actual requirements, and updates will be provided via industry notifications.
