Live the experience to visit the vineyards with Giovanna, an enthusiastic woman full of passion for her work
Leading off the tasting is Custoza, a crisp white wine typical of the area, with a high percentage of Garganega grapes; followed by Chiaretto, the DOC rosè typical of Lake Garda, made with Corvina and Rondinella grape varietis, identified bu their crispness and longevity. The next wine, Bardolino, is a light to medium bodied red wine, from Corvina and Rondinella grape varieties. Then you will taste the Garda Doc Corvina, called “Magico”, a red wine made solely with Corvina variety grapes. To conclude the tasting will be two wines dedicated to the winemaker's children: Ettore, which is 80% Corvina cut with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, aged in wood for 18 months, and Greta, a 100% Corvina wine, in which the grapes are dried in vineyard, a distinct and difficult process that charaterizes it's strong identity. This wine ages for 14 months in the wood.
