The day starts with a mindful walk or hike in nature. As we will discover a unique place on the island, you will be invited to slow down, ground yourself and take in the beauty of your surroundings.
We will continue with a meditation, using a profound technique to release any negativity and embrace self-love.
Afterwards, we will do a gentle Hatha Yoga flow, where you will learn the basics and benefits of this practice. Explore poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness that ensure a balanced body and mind. All levels are welcome!
In addition to Hatha Yoga, you will also experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation technique that, in preparation for the singing bowls, allows you to reduce stress, release anxiety or worry and promote a deep state of relaxation.
During the sound bath, you are indulged in the soothing sounds and vibrations of handmade Tibetan Singing Bowls. Studies have shown that the vibrations activate theta brain waves and the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for regulating heart rate and breathing. As a result, feel-good chemicals are released, pain signals are dampened and a sense of relaxation, balance and well-being is created.
