What you can expect

You may not know that Hue cuisine is a must-try in Vietnam, Hue is renowned for its food. Preparing dishes in the traditional Hue style makes its cuisine stand out among Vietnamese food.

Our guide will take you through local spots in Hue, away from the usual tourist destinations. You'll get to enjoy steamed rice pancakes, rice dumplings, Bun bo Hue (Hue noodle soup), Hue pancakes, and cheese grilled oysters.
