During the activity we will have detailed explanations about the fundamentals and rules of the sport, basic concepts about surfboards, equipment and accessories used, safety procedures, following with warm-up, practice of simulations of movements and postures of surfing according to the Evandro Santos method. Then choose the board model made by the teacher himself and appropriate according to the movements shown by each participant, then practice at sea.
