Know before you book

  • Child with the height below 90cm entitles for a free ride.
  • Guests aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a supervising companion with valid tickets, passes or wristbands and must be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied guests aged 16 or under.
  • Each Standard Gondola can seat 10 passengers, including children. Glass floor gondolas can seat 6 passengers.
  • Glass floor gondola is only available at Awana SkyWay.
  • Wheelchair and stroller access are available for Standard Gondola. Only baby strollers are allowed in the Glass floor gondolas. Please inform our Team Members for assistance prior to boarding.
  • Pets are prohibited in and around the vicinity, including all stations and inside the gondola.
  • Please dress in appropriate attire at all times while taking the ride with Awana SkyWay.

What you can expect

Starting 9th August 2024, a complimentary shuttle service will be available between Chin Swee Skyway Station and Chin Swee Caves Temple Hotel Lobby. The service operates every 30 minutes from 10:00 to 18:00.

Please note, Chin Swee Skyway Station hours are now 09:30 to 19:30, with the gondola closed outside these times.

See the picturesque landscape unfold aboard the Awana SkyWay, a gondola lift system serving Genting Highlands. Delight in the stunning, 360-degree views of the 130 million-year-old rainforest below. Disembark at the midway point, and pay a visit to the Chin Swee Caves Temple, a Taoist temple set on a 28-acre plot of rocky forested land, erected in honor of Buddhist monk and Reverend Master Chin Swee from the Fujian Province. And the good news is if your mobile phone dies from taking photos and selfies, you can charge it in the gondola! Feel the coolness of crisp mountain air, as the cabins are outfitted with special windows and louvres for the ultimate high flying experience.
