After passing through the longest tunnel in Latin America, we will arrive in the town of Marinilla, known as the agricultural pantry of Medellín. There, we will indulge in traditional strawberries with cream, grown and harvested in local fields and served with delicious homemade cream.

We will visit Casa Colombia Restaurant, located in the area, where we will enjoy a delicious pandebono paired with a hot chocolate—perfect for warming up in the cool mountain air.

We will learn about the history of Peñol, the agricultural capital of Antioquia, and taste a wonderful fruit that is grown and sold by the locals of this charming town. Here, we will try a typical regional delicacy: tree tomato mixed with panela, creating a unique dessert exclusive to the area.

We will take a boat ride across the waters of the reservoir, where we will hear the fascinating story of the town that lies beneath. At the same time, we will enjoy a relaxing half-day picnic experience featuring a delicious **fiambre**, a traditional meal wrapped in banana leaves and made with a variety of ingredients typical of Antioquian farms.

Stroll through the most colorful streets of Colombia and admire the hand-painted baseboards crafted by true artists. Wander through the Zócalos Plaza and immerse yourself in the magic of this enchanting place.

At the end of our cruise, we will arrive at one of the most stunning natural monuments in Latin America, the majestic Piedra del Peñol. With its 740 steps, this iconic rock is not only a breathtaking sight but also an exciting challenge for those who wish to climb it. At the top, a 360-degree panoramic view awaits, standing 220 meters high, showcasing the incredible beauty of the surrounding landscape. To recharge, we will enjoy some free time to take photos and immerse ourselves in this natural paradise. Additionally, each traveler will have the option to choose their own lunch spot and savor the region’s traditional dishes. Note: The tour includes park access, but if you wish to climb the rock, there is an additional fee of 6 USD. Lunch is not included to give you the freedom to choose your preferred meal.
