Leave your hotel to Pang Mapha. The surrounding area is home to numerous fascinating limestone caves. One of the largest and longest of these caves is Tham Nam Lod Cave. You will stop to explore this cave with your guide. There are a number of chambers with stalactites and stalagmites and at the end of the cave there is a chamber where ancient wooden coffins were found and can still be seen. A stream runs through the cave so to access some of these chambers, locals have devised a system of bamboo rafts to transport you to and from these chambers. Lunch is provided at a local restaurant.

Then continue to visit the Black Lahu village of Ban Jabo your guide will take you for a short stroll along the road through the village to give you an appreciation of the lifestyles of the local Black Lahu community, visit the Black Lahu rotational farming with its cave.
