Explore Selous Game Reserve/ Nyerere National Park, the largest protected game reserve on the African continent.
Flying in early in the morning from Zanzibar to Selous. Enjoy two full-day game drives and visit the Beho Beho Hot Springs, while staying overnight at our Africa Safari Selous accommodation. After two nights and three days of exploring you will fly back to Zanzibar.

You will be picked up early in the morning at the hotel you are staying for a transfer to the airport. From here you will catch your flight from Zanzibar to Selous Game Reserve/Nyerere National Park.

Once you have arrived, your shared safari game drive will start in the largest Game Reserve on the African Continent, with a mid-morning coffee/tea break. During the game drive you will explore the wildlife and environment of Tanzania. Our driver guides have a lot of experience with the area and the wildlife and love to tell you everything about it.

Experience an authentic safari bush lunch in the middle of the National Park! During break-time, a warm lunch will be served at set tables in the bush. After lunch, you will continue with the game drive.

After enjoying a full-day game drive you will head towards our Africa Safari Selous accommodation. After check-in, you will be shown your Banda Bungalow where you can take a nice shower and go to the restaurant to enjoy your dinner.

The following morning, after breakfast, your second full-day game drive will start. On this day you will visit the Beho Beho area, attracting incredible birdlife as well as hippos and crocodiles. Here you will also visit the Hot Springs. Don´t forget to bring your swimsuit as you will get the chance to swim here!

After enjoying a full day game drive you will head back towards our Africa Safari Selous accommodation. Enjoy another evening and night of relaxation while sleeping in the Tanzanian Bush.

The following morning, after breakfast, you will be brought to the airstrip of Selous Game Reserve / Nyerere National Park, where your flight back to Zanzibar will depart. From here our driver will await you to bring you back to your hotel.
