The Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge serves as the first photo stop on your Grand Canyon West Rim tour. From Hoover Dam the driving time to West Rim is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.Once at the West Rim you will have 4 hours of unguided time at the Grand Canyon. The sites along the Grand Canyon West Rim, such as Eagle Point and Guano Point, can be seen in around four hours. Visit Eagle Point to see the most well-known rock formation on the West Rim. At Eagle Point, you can also access the Grand Canyon Skywalk, which you can include in your tour for an extra fee (see below). Guano Point is a rock pyramid point where you can ascend for an unrivaled 360-degree panorama of the Colorado River meandering through the ground.
