What you can expect

Come and Discover the true tip of the African continent and where the Atlantic and the Indian ocean meets. The tour will go easterly from Cape town via the scenic Whale coast route where the rugged Cape folded belt mountains rubs shoulders with the Atlantic ocean in the false bay. After a few photo stops on this majestic whale coast route, the tour will stop at Stoney point penguin colony. Here you will discover the African penguins from close range. From Stoney point, the tour will proceed towards the Hemel n Arde wine region. In this region is where South Africa has some of her best cool climate wines as this region is on a higher altitude and also receiving the sea breeze from the nearby Atlantic ocean. Here you will have a chance to taste South Africa's award winning Pino noir and Chardonnay. After the wine tasting experience, the tour will continue towards Hermanus. A quaint coastal town which is also South Africa's whale watching capital city. Whales can be spotted here from the whale trail along the shores between the months of June and November every year. Hermanus is also known to be one of of South Africa's gastronomy towns and you will be able to have lunch here before the tour continues South east towards Elim. Elim is a quiet and neat town that was established in 1824 by German missionaries as a Moravian station near Cape town. Despite extensive modernization in most small towns near Elim, very little has changes in Elim ever since it was established. Clustered whitewashed cottages with thatched roofs runs parallel the quiet streets of this beautiful town that has close to zero percent crime rate. While you are still here, you will be taken for a walk by your guide and visit different historic buildings to learn a lot more about Elim's history as well as the recent developments. From Elim the tour will traverse extremely south to Struis baai. Struis baai is the most southern town in Africa and it is here that the Cape Agulhas is situated. Cape Agulhas lies in the Agulhas national park. Consisting of a large part of South Africa's wetland reserves, The wetlands attracts over 20 thousand different bird species annually. The Agulhas national park is also a part of the Cape floral Kingdom which is the world's richest flora kingdom. The Cape Agulhas lighthouse is the second oldest lighthouse in South Africa and a steep staircase takes one to the summit of the lighthouse for beautiful views of the town and the national park. After exploring the Agulhas, the tour will head North West towards the towns of Bredasdorp, Napier, Caledon, and Grabow before it ends in Cape town to complete an eventful tour to the Southern Most corner of Africa.
