Guided by our experienced crew, you’ll explore a variety of fishing techniques, from trolling to jigging, and try to catch some of the ocean’s most prized fish. Expect to encounter a wide variety of species, including the famous yellowfin tuna, mahi-mahi, wahoo, giant carangu, blue carangu, barracuda and local favorites like striped-bellied bonito, albacore and many more. But the adventure does not end with the take! After winding up your catch, you will stop on a motu for the "cooking" part of the adventure. Under the guidance of a local chef, you will learn how to prepare and cook your fresh catch, turning it into a delicious traditional Polynesian feast.
