Traditional Sicilian cooking lesson with Teresa in the seaside Arenella area.
A magnificent garden and a well-kept house will welcome you and pleasantly surprise you.
You will eat the food prepared and cooked by you, under my direction.I'll give you a list of delicious sauces to make quickly at your home. You can use them for pasta but they will also be useful for making an Italian aperitif.
The menu is traditional and will be organized only with seasonal food.I'm waiting for you! Bring your family or friends!

Activity itinerary

This gastronomic experience is for lovers of traditional and Sicilian culture and cuisine. The experience stems from my willingness to teach family recipe .You will make three types of fresh pasta including: tagliatelle, busiate, cavatelli, macaroni al ferretto etc.. The lesson is everyday.Transport is available €15 per person and payment on the spot. The menu of my experience is fresh and seasonal. We'll do the shopping food together if you want.(Ortigia market tour) I'll explain the typical products, we'll do the shopping to cook,you will make small tastings,I'll give you the family cookbook and I'll offer you smart recipes.The tour lasts an hour(€50 extra per person)
