After tasting the hot Focaccia you can continue among the scents and flavors of the typical ''PANZEROTTI PUGLIESI'' with mixed fillings: bragiola (typical meat roll dipped in a tomato sauce), turnip tops (typical Apulian vegetable with a sweet flavor), mozzarella and tomato sauce and many others. It will be possible to taste the panzerotti walking towards the Basilica of San Nicola just like a typical Bari.
