Enjoy panoramic sea views, the historic streets of Cavtat, a restaurant by the lake in Konavle, and the delicious Croatian dish Peka on this half-day private tour.
After being picked up from your accommodation in Dubrovnik, it’s just a short 40-minute drive to the charming town of Cavtat. Surrounded by gorgeous views and filled with inviting streets, Cavtat was the first settlement in the area, formed in the 6th-century BC.
Take a guided walk through the small town, known for its many churches. Conquer the hill to see the Racic Mausoleum, then enjoy a coffee on the waterfront. After that, explore freely and enjoy the views over the marina.
It’s then just a short car ride through the Konavle area, with your guide teaching you about its history on the way to the river Ljuta.
Lunch is at a local restaurant by the river. After a welcoming brandy, it’s time for the famous local dish Peka, still prepared today as it was thousands of years ago. It pairs excellently with the locally-produced wine you’ll try.
Once you’re finished with the meal, it’s a relaxing drive back to your accommodation in Dubrovnik.
