This was an excellent tour! We were a group of 8 which was much smaller than any of the large tour groups that were dropped off at Delphi. This does not include a guided tour of Delphi but we enjoyed being able to explore the site on our own. We felt like there was plenty of time at each of the sites and liked that this went to additional sites most tours don’t visit.

Great driver and knowledgeable. Small group was nice. Delphi amazing and at own pace around huge tour groups. Lunch not rushed. Cave was private for our group. Only downside - hard to listen to story of 300 with biting mosquitos.

Knowledgeable guide, wonderful experience. I would recommend reading up on Delphi prior to visiting as the tour of Delphi is not actively guided, you have a pamphlet.

This day trip is simply amazing! Yes, you spend a bunch of time in a van, but you get to see so much, and don’t deal with traffic! We went in early February, went through a little village and it was snowing! Didn’t think I would see snow in Greece! Or guide(Anastasios) was awesome! He provides all sorts of knowledge on the history, and takes his time to point things out and answer any questions. Delphi was spectacular, be prepared for a TON of stairs and walking up the mountain to the ancient stadium. Don’t worry about the dogs, they are super friendly and enjoy pets. The museum was really great as well with all of the artifacts and renders of how it might have looked. The cave was just as interesting, don’t worry about the fact it is on a dirt road for the forestry dept. It is really big and can be easily imaginable that it has been used for thousands of years. Thermopiles was pretty good if you have seen the movie 300, or just know the history. It is pretty cool to be able to kinda correlate what you saw on the movie with where it actually happened. I’m so glad that my wife and I decided on this trip! Super memorable, and experience you definitely will not soon forget! Just go!!!

The Temple of Delphi was great, but the rest of the trip wasn't worth the extra uncomfortable hours in the van.

Aristophanes was a great tour guide and explained the gods and areas we were to visit in a detailed explanation. The areas of Delphi, Pans Cave and 300 Spartans was both interesting and a once in a lifetime experience. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in Greek mythology.

Outstanding day trip to take a break from Athens. Best part of the outing is Delphi & the museum. The stop in Arachova is well timed & a nice mountain village. The noodles they are famous for are a worthy souvenir as we found later at lunch. Belleville Patisserie is a nice cafe for a quick bite & drink to sustain you until lunch. Wandering the site at Delphi & museum is a great experience. The grounds are well preserved & museum nicely done. Parts of the grounds happened to be closed while we were there due to rock falls but the main part was plenty. We appreciated our very knowledgeable guide, Pan, both for his historical insight but also picking out a nice restaurant for lunch. Stupendous view with marvelous local food. Since the cave was snowed in, Pan took us to some little known ruins related to Delphi near his home village which I think we enjoyed more. The battlefield of Thermopylae was a welcome break to stretch the legs but not much more. That will be more educational if they ever get a visitor center to explain & illustrate the history that took place there. Overall, we were quite pleased with our experience.

Our tour guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable about the region and mythology. We had to take a back road to get up the mountain and our guide was extremely experienced with the terrain. We met the guide at a convenient location near our hotel and communicated with us about our timing and location. Lunch was provided with a fee and our guide took us to a local restaurant in Delphi, overlooking a beautiful lake.
