Overview

Your day begins with a bicycle ride along quiet countryside flat roads, rice fields, schools, working water buffalos, flower gardens, lotus lakes, relax in peaceful green fields, fishing village and get some unforgettable views of rural Vietnam. And then we continue to walk deep into the forest for about 20 minutes to immerse ourselves in the crystal stream. You could freely bath in the stream for about 1 hour. After that we have a welcome drink and join the cooking class. Back to the kitchen for a cooking class with a local chef, you’ll learn how to make several different dishes, before sitting down and enjoying your meal together. You will make 6 traditional Vietnamese dishes from south/middle/north Vietnam:

Green Papaya Salad
Vietnamese-style fish
Rice Pancake
Fried Spring Roll
Stir Fried Garlic with Water Spinach
Banana Cake
