Your morning starts with a scenic drive northwards to the outstanding landscapes of Algarve Mountains. You will be driven off-road through the countryside as your guide informs you all about the flora, fauna and of course the history & culture of the area.

Continue on to one of the most traditional villages in the area (Alte or Monchique depending on your departure area), enjoy the views of whitewashed houses with latticework, handcrafted chimneys and narrow, cobbled streets in the foothills of the Serra do Caldeirao.

Your tour will take you next to Zebro, home to some of the country's finest cork harvesting. Visit a cork oak tree and learn about its evolution and the significance of cork to the southern Portuguese. Stop for lunch in a typical village.
