I could learn to cook one of the most famous dishes in the world with Tiziana your teacher in Genoa. She welcomes you in her 18th century house a stone’s throw from the Palazzi dei Rolli, a World Heritage Site. Get to know the tradition of Ligurian cuisine with Tiziana. We will knead the focaccia together and you can taste the homemade cheese focaccia in two versions, white and red. At the end you can also eat a dessert the famous Torta delle Rose, of my creation.
