What you can expect

Be totally immersed in the lush jarrah and marri forest as you paddle along the calm waters of the Collie River at Minninup Pool then dine on local gourmet deliciousness and your choice of gin, wine or beer at Harris River Estate Winery!

You'll board the bus in Baldivis and make your way to the South West region of WA. After a coffee stop at the Crooked Carrot Cafe, you'll stop to take in the biggest dam mural in the world – the Wellington Dam Mural. Painted by world-renowned artist Guido Van Helten, this 8000 square metre statement piece, titled Reflections was created from photographs and stories from the local area and incredibly impressive!

Leaving Wellington Dam, you’ll enjoy the scenic drive to Honeymoon Pool, where we’ll stop for a short 3km stroll to stretch the legs and have some delicious morning tea by the cascades before we venture on to the small regional WA town of Collie.

You'll meet Simone from Traaverse at the beautiful Minninup Pool, where she’ll Guide you through a 2hr paddle up the Collie River! This stunning tranquil river is lined with Marri and Jarrah trees and wildflowers plus you may be lucky enough to spot one of the local kangaroos, turtles or water birds that call Minninup Pool home.

After working up an appetite on your kayaks, you'll head to the Harris River Estate Winery for a delicious gourmet grazing board of local products such as cured meats, cheese, chorizo croquettes, meatballs, turkish bread and dips. To accompany your grazing experience, you’ll enjoy either a wine fight, beer paddle or gin paddle.

You can expect amazing views, lots of laughs, and delicious local gourmet produce on our Collie Hike & Paddle Gourmet Grazing Experience! This experience will leave you feeling refreshed, inspired and bellyful!
