• Ticket is valid for Indonesian ID holder / KITAS only
• Children policy: below 4 years old will be free of entry
• Activities booked shall be redeemed/collected at all activities counter
• Activities are available on a first-come-first-serve basis
• Guests are required to observe Park Rules
• Participation in some Activities may be restricted by age and physicality
• Guests have unlimited attempts or rides of the Activities listed under the Package purchased during Park operating hours, but will be required to queue for each attempt or ride
• Activities are subject to weather and tide conditions, and may be cancelled, postponed, or changed (without refund) at the sole discretion of Treasure Bay Attractions
• If the guest loses the wristband, receipt of purchase must be produced for a replacement wristband
