After that, you will enjoy the story of wine production in a guided tour of the winery and the company's historic cellar (18th century) .

You will collect seasonal vegetables from the Mediterranean vegetable garden and the aromatic garden :

• the Aci trunzo (our slow food presidium)
• lemons,
• pomegranates
• aromatic herbs and …. Let's cook together in our “enchanted forest”!!!
  A qualified chef will explain the tricks and recipes of typical Sicilian cuisine that will be prepared and cooked and then consumed and enjoyed by all participants.
