What you can expect

Frederiksborg and Hamlet´s castles are situated in the north of Zealand, around 40 kms away from Copenhagen. You will visit the castle where Hamlet took place and Federico II held the most the well-known parties during the 16th century in the north of Europe and the castle that Christian IV converted into the most astonishing Renaissance castle.

Today you will be picked up at your hotel at 9 am. Then you will be driven to Hamlet´s Castle, where you will learn everything about the Sound Dues, Hamlet, Holger Danske and where the most pompous parties used to take place. After Kronborg, you will have the opportunity to admire the great Renaissance castle, Frederiksborg, its beauty and its Baroque gardens. Here you will learn about the magnificence of this castle built as a hunting castle and converted in a National Museum during the 19th century.

After this wonderful day full of stories about Danish history, you will end the tour at your hotel.
