Meet the driver outside the airport during your layover. Then, hop into an air-conditioned car or van to begin exploring the best landmarks of Casablanca. First, head to the Hassan II Mosque, famous for its stunning tile work. Go inside for a guided tour if you want, or take photos outside.

Decide where else you want the driver to take you. Head to the Old Medina to see the white-washed houses with wooden doors. Haggle with locals to buy souvenirs at the markets and visit some restaurants to buy lunch as well. Soak up the sun at La Corniche and relax at a beachside restaurant.

Head to Place Mohammed V, and the Cathedral du Sacre Coeur if you want to see some historic buildings. Marvel at the Royal Palace of Casablanca, the main residence of the king. Mingle with the locals at a local food market if you like, or ask your driver to take you somewhere else.
