Salut! I'm Nikesh and I spent 100 euros on pastries in my first 2 weeks in this city.
I've written for food blogs in Australia for 3 years and my area of expertise is not high-end dining but rather street food and bakeries. I have lived in Bordeaux for 5 years now and believe me when I say I have scouted this city far and wide for its best boulangeries (bakeries).
After taking a few of my friends around the city, they suggested that I start a pastry tour where I combine my interest in the city's rich history and my love for pastries. Et voila!
