During the experience you will taste the dishes created accompanied by an excellent local wine and explained in a technical way by myself who is a certified sommelier and cook.
The menu will be composed as follows: appetizer with parmesan with balsamic vinegar/or mortadella
first courses chosen by the customer including tagliatelle with meat sauce, tortellini in broth, lasagne alla bolognese, passatelli in broth, tortelloni with butter and sage, balanzoni and farfalle with sauce
for dessert you can choose whether to make trifle or tiramisu.
Wine, homemade bread and rice cake will always be offered to eat after the meal.
