The pick up and drop off location for this excursion is in front of a sketchy strip mall area. We would have been getting dropped off back in this area after dark when most of the stores/restaurants would have been closed and then would've had to find an uber back to the hotel. We did not feel safe doing so and ended up not going and was still charged $200.

We were not emailed or called for what we should bring and what we shouldn’t bring or wear We had to call to find out the pick up time, no one called us. You could not see anything bright in the water supposedly due to the high tides. Kayak is fun but the main point was to see the bioluminescent water. There was no point to the glass bottom boat because you can’t see through them anyway. Only go on this trip of you want to kayak. The driver was great. New let me play DJ.

They are promoting false advertising. We went on the tour and saw no lighting water. Instead we were kayaking in the pitch dark. They put dirty tarps over our head and said to put our hand in the water. We saw nothing glowing. There pictures are really misleading

This entire thing was a terrible experience. Starting with the driver, he kept blasting music which was mainly static BOTH ways and numerous people asked him to turn it down and he refused. They don’t really tell you that the bus ride will be 3 hours long! For the actual kayaking the “quality equipment” is disgusting and wreaks, the guides are extremely rude and yell at everyone the entire time to speed up, and they knew nothing of the flora and fauna. Lastly this is a tourist trap as they put us under a smelly wet tarp to even remotely see a little bit of bioluminescence for about 1 minute. Completely falsely advertised!
