You will definitely be amazed by the statue of the Buddha Maitreya in the hall, which carved from one precious white sandalwood log from Nepal, is the biggest wooden Buddha in the world.

Continue to walk through a beautiful and quiet Hutong allay to explore the Temple of Confucius and Imperial College (Guozijian Museum) which was built by the grandson of Kublai Khan in 1306, the former college was the supreme academy during the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties.

Afterwards, stroll around the Hutong allays in the area, get to know the history of the Beijing Hutong street and learn the life in Hutong.
