- This tour involves long-distance travel, and those with unstable health conditions (such as pregnancy) should assess their health before joining. Participants are responsible for any unforeseen physical discomfort or sudden health issues during the tour if immediate medical attention is unavailable

- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via message and customer provided contact
- Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Asthma, Pregnant women
- If the group does not meet this minimum requirement, a tour leader will not accompany the group, and the driver and tour guide will fulfill both roles.

If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to factors such as bad weather, strikes or unexpected accidents, passengers No excuses may be made to demand compensation or refund of tour fees
- If the bus experiences delays due to breakdowns or traffic congestion, resulting in itinerary or activity changes or cancellations, passengers are not permitted to object or withdraw from the tour for any reason. Similarly, if itinerary changes occur due to factors like inclement weather, strikes, or unforeseen accidents, passengers are not entitled to demand compensation or refunds for tour fees
- If the trip is canceled or suspended before departure due to special circumstances, such as bad weather, natural disasters, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, war coups, strikes, riots, government orders, etc. that cannot be attributed to the travel agency, the full amount will be refunded. The tour fee will be refunded after departure, deducting the cost incurred. In this case, group members are not allowed to object and demand compensation for any reason. Passengers are responsible for any losses or additional expenses caused by the incident
- This trip is a group activity. If you want to leave the group during the trip due to personal reasons, please be sure to inform us in the remarks column when making the reservation or contact customer service staff. On the day of joining the group, please submit a departure agreement to the tour guide before leaving the group. Uncompleted itineraries will be deemed to be automatically abandoned and no additional refunds will be made
- For the safety of all travelers and to respect other group members' rights, please inform us of any chronic illnesses or mobility issues when registering
- Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate
- Based on travel safety and itinerary smoothness, the company reserves the right and obligation to adjust the itinerary, modify activities or cancel the tour. If the tour is canceled, the full tour fee will be refunded

- If Kumamoto Castle is closed, the tour will visit and shop at SAKURA MACHI Kumamoto instead
- If the number of participants for the English tour is low, you may be combined with other groups with travelers of different nationalities. In this case, the tour will mainly be conducted in Chinese or Japanese, and English support will only be provided for certain key points, such as meeting time, meeting place, and basic introductions. However, if the majority of the group consists of English-speaking travelers, the tour will be conducted primarily in English. Thank you for your understanding.
