Experience the incomparable sensation of starting your day practicing yoga on a stand-up paddle board (S.U.P) in the sea. Sup yoga classes are offered in the morning at 9:00 AM and at 18:30 when sunset session, lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Prior to starting the class, you'll receive a 10-minute introduction to paddleboarding, where your experienced instructor will teach you everything you need to know about basic techniques.
After the introduction, you will paddle to the Sup yoga docking station, strap on your paddle board and the yoga class will begin.
You will move through a series of yoga poses, experiencing the magic of deepening your breath, calming the mind and feeling fulfilled in harmonization with yourself and the natural beauty that surrounds you in the water.
