After taking in the breathtaking beauty of the Taj Mahal, it’s time to leave behind the architectural wonders of Agra and embark on an exciting journey toward the wilderness. The drive from Agra to Ranthambore covers approximately 270 kilometers and will take around 5 to 6 hours, giving us ample time to enjoy the rural landscapes of Rajasthan, with its picturesque villages and farmlands that gradually transition into the wild terrain of Ranthambore. Arrive in Ranthambore in the afternoon, we’ll check in at our accommodation and take a moment to refresh after the journey. Ranthambore National Park, one of the largest in Northern India, will be our home for the night. Famous for its population of Bengal tigers, Ranthambore also houses leopards, deer, a rich variety of bird species, and the majestic Ranthambore Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
