Know before you book

  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • **The type of vehicle can be changed depending on the number of participants.**
  • Please make sure of the option(meeting location & departure time) you selected.
  • If the Eobi Ice Valley is not sufficiently frozen, it can be replaced with the Garden of Morning Calm.
  • Please arrive at your meeting point at least 5-10 minutes before departure. Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded.
  • Free for infants aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats.
  • This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. Please make sure you are fit enough to participate.
  • If you want free of charge for your 0~2 infant, you should bring the passport for the infant. If you do not bring the passport, you should pay for entrance ticket fee for the infant.
  • Eobi Ice valley can be slippery. Please wear comfortable shoes and not slippery shoes.
  • Child seats are not available.
  • Please discuss the size & number of your luggage in advance with us, if you are going to bring them.
  • The itinerary only includes Alpaca World+Nami Island+Eobi Ice Valley visits. If you add either Rail Bike or Strawberry picking, your time at other places will cut short.
  • Infants(0-2) are not allowed to pick strawberries, independently. They should always be accompanied by an adult.
