Our guide with a minivan will take you from your accomodation in Rovaniemi to visit a husky kennel and other animals (horses,ducks ,sheeps ,reindeer ,dunkeys and more). There you will be instructed how to lead the sled safely. And you will be assigned a sled only after they check your clothes – they must be warm enough and windproof to survive the arctic temperatures, combined with the speed of the dogs. Instead of bells the dogs’ barking will jingle, while they enthusiastically follow the trail through the crude, white-clad Lapland forests. It’s really fantastic, a dream come true. When the expedition is over, you will sit by the open fire, tired of positive emotions, and listen to the mushers in the kennel, who will share how they live and train the dogs.
