Activity itinerary

Participants cook the dishes with our chef from preparation to cooking. For each dish we explain the ingredients, the history and techniques associated to cook them to perfection according to Portuguese tradition. At the end, they take the recipes and can cook them at home. Once the cooking session is over participants have lunch or dinner, paired with Portuguese wines. The total time for the cooking session and meal is approximately 4 hours.
