I’m Andrew, I was born and raised in Budapest. I used to work as a sous chef in the US, and as a line cook in a 2* Michelin restaurant. I have been a culinary instructor and a market tour guide since 2012. We will talk about the food, the culture, and of course about the Hungarians, while exploring this stunning building. You will see a wide array of seasonal ingredients and I will gladly explain what can be made from them. Learn some recipes, produce identification, and plenty of tips from an ex professional chef. You will also have a few tastings here and there so if you like me and love breakfast just have a very little or non at all. There will be food, stories , and laughs all the while you'll learn a lot about food culture history and the country as well.
