Room is big but the air-conditioning is poor. Need the staff to take the fan for cooling.

I’d like to preface that my family and I stayed at the Midtown Richardson in Kaohsiung for 9 days prior to checking into this one in Taipei for 5 days.
I booked this property based on my *naive* assumption that I would have the same experience that we had in Kaohsiung which was very pleasant. However we were greatly disappoint as soon as we walked into our rooms. I booked 3 rooms,
