Unresponsive to complaints. Fail to change/ replace towels, fail to "turn down sheets". Fail to correct a water condition in bathroom. Hallways dark/depressing

Location and hotel is very good. Staff needs better training, indicated a service was included on checking in and voided it when checking out resulting in an unsuspected charge back ruining the overall stay.
