It is a good apartment with what we need for a family of four people. It was clean and comfortable beds. Not close to city center, but close to a train station to connect. Easy check in and available parking (we didn't use it). We recommend it as an option in Zurih

Small and cute appartment. Very near tram and train station. The staff was very quick to respond to my request.

Close to markets and train. Room was perfect for our famiy of four. Front desk very helpful when needed. Breakfast was great,awesome selection of food. Excellent. Would stay there again.

The location is in the basement, which is not a particular problem for me, because when visiting, you stay in the hotel at night, but there is practically no ventilation. I don't expect air conditioning, but access to air.

I booked this property and realised that in the fine print at the bottom of the email they require to to check 24 hours prior via contacting them through email as they have no reception.
I booked less than 24 hours and when I was 2 hours away from the property and I contacted them in order to gain check in information just to be informed that due to a “technical error” there were no rooms available.
Had I not have emailed them first trying to gain information I would have arrived to discover no one there and that I had no accomodation.
I then had to contact them again after still not having received my refund a week later.
Wotif were the ones to sort out the refund. I would not book these apartments again based on this experience.
