We enjoyed a very quick stay. The staff was kind and attentive, the views from the rooftop bar and restaurant were extraordinary, and the dinner was excellent. They assured us that "normal" clothes at the restaurant were fine, but many diners were elegant. The family suite was quite nice. Great place to stay!

Nice hotel in the city center right by the lake, however with the extremely high price point I expected more from this hotel. Booked a lake view room and the view was nice, but rooms were small and not much was included with the stay, not even breakfast, so at almost $1000 a night i would not consider this hotel worth it and would not stay here again.

Everything about this property was exquisite. The room, service, location, everything. The ONLY drawback was attempting to get there to park. It is in the old town that seems like it is pedestrian only. It was VERY nerve-racking driving down those streets packed with people to get there. Once there, it was ideal.
