The room we had was large and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, helpful and accommodating. Areas of concern was the lack of attention to some basic needs you would expect from a hotel, like shampoo, a functioning safe and most importantly a working elevator. My

Regarding the safe, we would have appreciated if you had informed us during your 4 nights stay, since we would have been very happy to change the batteries in one minute to make your stay even more comfortable. About the shampoo - you have a combined shampoo/shower gel in the shower, as well as a handwash- and lotion placed on the sink. Regarding the elevator we would like to apologize that it was out of function on your last night from 9 pm. Since it was a sunday night, mechanics arrived monday morning to fix it. I agree with the commens i saw before booking this hotel. The place is ok the staff helpful but the noise around the property is terribly. Unless you don't mind the noise or you're super tired ....getting some rest here can be a challenge.

But in all rooms we have soundproof windows and our Superior-Category has even aircondition (rarely in Switzerland), so there is no need to open any windows during the night. Staff was excellent and friendly. Quiet and very comfortable rooms with a/c. Shops and restaurants close by.
