Excellent location, convenient for major sightseeing, shopping and transportation. Staff were very warm and helpful. Coop grocery right around the corner. Train station is walking distance, but difficult if carrying luggage. Suggest using the free hotel shuttle.

The property was in a wonderful location!! Only a 10 minute walk from the train station and right in the heart of popular restaurants, shopping, and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We utilized the baggage drop and printer with ease. Would stay here again and recommend to friends!

If you want a quiet, relaxing accommodating staff in SCENIC Italy this is the place. Best owner and staff I've run across while traveling through Italy.

Good service, clean and spacious rooms, cold aircon. Free coffee in lobby area for hotel guests was also appreciated.

This hotel is in a very good place to see the old town and sample excellent restaurants. The stuff in the hotel is very helpful in everything. But in a four star hotel one would like having a cafe in the mornin in room, not going three levels down and lifting up thr cofr into thr room. Btw. one has to put onto the floor one cup to be able to start the lift with the security card. There are only two small glasses in the bathroom for drinking anything..For ice one has to go to the concierge who serves with enthusiasm when not busy with check in and out. In summary that hotel would worth max 3 star level anywhere else.

Please let us explain some of the points; we do have rooms where you have your own coffee machine (it is written in the description) however we get that it might be a bit difficult and for sure nice to provide coffee directly in every room. As for the water, we do have bigger glasses at reception and a fountain on every floor. We know that it is a lot of self service however this is our concept. Amazing property with great staff and service. The hotel has that welcoming feeling and I truly enjoyed my stay here.
