Interesting room design, where the bathroom does not have a proper door but separate from living area with a curtain. Room can be stuffy at times especially if you are used to AC. If you need to store luggage after checking out, it is in a locked room but luggage will not be labeled or checked by staff. Location is walkable to Zurich station but probably not recommended if you have big luggages with you.

Staff were fantastic, hotel and facilities were great. And was probably the best value option for us. Very happy with our choice to stay here.

The room was not thoroughly clean. There are stains in the bath towel

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The onsite restaurant is large, the food is delicious, and they have books for you to read. Good location.

Generally a nice hotel friendly staff, easy access. Liked the coffee station in the lobby as well as a library of left books in many languages. One bad was a terrible smell emanating from the shower drain. Closed the shower door which helped some, but with the room layout a little difficult to escape completely.
