Just all around a terrific set up for a business traveler to Zürich.

Clean, safe and well equipped. My only gripe (and this is just personal preference), is that the pillow was too soft so we both needed another one. The downstairs light also needed replacing in the stairwell as it was dark when we walked in at night. However it worked from the second floor. Everything else was 10/10. Would stay again and recommend.

The place was nice and quiet. It has pretty much everything we needed and IT HAS AC! The owner/person in charge is always checking if we need something, replies fast. It’s close to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants.

In deed the penthouse apartments are equipped with air conditioning. The other apartment types of this property do not have air conditioning. We were very pleased with our stay at Ema Apartments. The suit was spacious and very clean. Any time we had a question or needed something , we would email their office and the response was immediate. The location is very close to tram lines that take you all the way to the main railway station and on to the airport. There were super markets close by. I would recommend Ema Apartments to others.

We had a great stay at ema house. It's like a home away from home. We can cook in case we are too tired to go out and there's a lot of restaurants nearby.communication was excellent and responsive..will surely go back

This was an amazing apartment in a fabulous neighborhood in Zurich. The staff is incredible and attentive and it has every amenity you could ever want. One of the best vacation apartment experiences I have ever had.
